Unpaid Internship Position Available Electro makes the first functional electrolyte gum built for performance, focus, and recovery. The company has grown through NIL athlete partnerships, athlete-led social content, and one of the largest college ambassador programs in sports nutrition. This is an unpaid, remote internship. It is well suited to candidates who follow college sports and understand NIL, and it offers direct involvement in athlete communications, partnership setup, and results tracking. This role is fully remote and flexible around your class schedule. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Recruit new athlete partners and guide them through onboarding. Build targeted lists of college athletes by school, sport, and conference. Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using internal guidelines. Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication. Represent the brand professionally and positively in every communication. Identify college athletes on Instagram who align with the brand and add them to our pipeline. Coordinate with the founding team on athlete program updates.
