About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our social media channels, including X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit. This role offers a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end social media process for our marketing automation products. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing daily interactions, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media strategy. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with proven experience managing brand accounts, producing short-form videos, and engaging with online communities. This position is fully remote, providing flexibility and autonomy to deliver impactful results without the need for team or agency management.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in B2B or SaaS sectors Proven track record of independently creating and posting content across X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit Strong portfolio with links to managed accounts and posts, including performance metrics Hands-on experience with native platform tools and analytics for X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok Ability to shoot and edit short vertical videos using smartphones and editing tools like Descript, Filmora, CapCut, or similar Excellent written English skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for various platforms Comfort with analytics, including reading native metrics, using UTM links, and basic GA4 knowledge Ability to stay current with industry trends and adapt content strategies quickly Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities
Manage and execute daily posting schedules for X, Facebook, and Instagram across all four SaaS products Plan content calendars, write engaging copy, and publish natively on each platform Create short vertical videos including product tips, how-tos, screen recordings, and customer/team clips for Reels, Facebook Reels, and X videos Repurpose blog posts, guides, webinars, and product updates into shareable social media content Respond promptly to comments, replies, mentions, and DMs, ensuring community engagement and support Participate in industry conversations on X and other platforms, providing valuable insights and fostering community relations Conduct testing on new formats and hooks on Instagram Reels, X, and other platforms to optimize engagement Utilize UTM links to track campaign performance and generate weekly reports on reach, engagement, followers, and traffic Monitor industry news and competitor activity to identify trending topics and opportunities for timely engagement
