Work arrangement: Telework from Texas. Candidates outside Texas must relocate if selected. Equipment pickup on the first day and occasional meetings in Austin are required, sometimes with little notice. Estimated term: October 28, 2026–August 31, 2027 Hands-on lead to implement and administer its ServiceNow platform. This person will guide technical decisions, develop solutions, review deliverables, and work directly with agency stakeholders. Key responsibilities Build and configure workflows for user provisioning, incident, problem, change, requests, service catalog, assets, and CMDB. Develop integrations with Azure AD/Entra ID, SSO, MID Server, REST/SOAP services, email, and other enterprise systems. Lead CMDB/CSDM design, Discovery and Service Mapping; support platform governance and data quality. Develop with JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and scoped applications. Establish testing and release practices using ATF, source control, and CI/CD. Troubleshoot performance and upgrades. Present architecture decisions to leadership, document solutions, and mentor developers.
