Software Engineer
For our client, we are seeking a Software Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will focus on building and supporting software solutions that connect business-critical systems and improve application performance across the organization. The Software Engineer will partner with business and product stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions. This position also involves working across APIs, cloud environments, and modern web applications to support reliable, innovative delivery in a manufacturing and automotive setting. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
Responsibilities
Partner with business and product stakeholders to gather requirements and support software applications Leverage generative AI tools for development, testing, and documentation Support integration across APIs and external systems for scalable application connectivity Design and develop robust software solutions for business-critical initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to encourage innovation Contribute to scalable distributed systems and modern web applications Write unit tests to ensure software quality and reliability Qualifications 3+ years of experience in software, web, or application development Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience with backend development frameworks such as Spring Boot or FastAPI Experience with C# and .NET development preferred Experience developing and consuming APIs, including RESTful services Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React Experience deploying applications in cloud environments like Azure or AWS
