Software Engineer, Associate ( Support )

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Provide technical support for ION API issues from internal teams and external customers
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve customer-reported bugs and technical problems
• Analyze API logs and system behavior to identify root causes
• Document issues, solutions, and create knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with development teams to escalate and track complex issues
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding issue status and resolutions
• Participate in on-call support rotation as needed
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
• Assist in testing new API features and releases

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of technical support or development experience
• Strong understanding of APIs and REST principles
• Basic knowledge in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, or similar)
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical issues
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Available to work in US Timezone
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ION API or similar enterprise API platforms
• Knowledge of enterprise software
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Previous experience in a SaaS environment

1+ years technical support or development experience; strong understanding of APIs and REST; basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, C# or similar; troubleshooting skills; available to work in US timezone.
