Solution Architect D365
This is a 6 months remote role, work to be done in EST We are hiring a Principal Solution Architect with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Finance, ERP, and CRM transformation to lead solution architecture for large-scale enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Finance & Operations, along with a solid understanding of how CRM, ERP, billing, payments, revenue, and downstream financial systems integrate across the end-to-end OTC lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture for OTC, Finance, ERP, and CRM transformation initiatives. Architect end-to-end OTC processes covering Quote, Contract, Order, Fulfillment, Billing, Invoicing, Payments, Collections, Revenue Recognition, and Renewals. Define current-state and target-state architecture, solution blueprints, integration patterns, and technology roadmaps. Architect integrations across ERP, Salesforce/CRM, billing, payment, tax, revenue, and other enterprise platforms. Define APIs, data flows, system boundaries, and ownership across the enterprise ecosystem. Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, automation, and modernization. Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, Product, Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture teams. Provide architecture leadership throughout design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Required Qualifications 10 years of experience in Solution or Enterprise Architecture. Strong experience with OTC and Financial Systems. Hands-on architecture experience with D365 Finance / Finance & Operations Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP/CRM and Finance transformation programs. Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC processes and financial system integrations. Experience integrating ERP with CRM/Salesforce, billing, revenue, payments, tax, and related platforms. Strong knowledge of APIs, enterprise integration, data architecture, cloud architecture, and security. Ability to translate complex business and financial requirements into scalable technology solutions. Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills. Preferred Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and related business applications. Salesforce integration experience. Subscription billing and revenue recognition. ERP/CRM modernization or platform consolidation. Financial close, AR/AP, and financial reporting. Relevant Microsoft or Enterprise Architecture certifications.
