Solution Architect - Supply Chain

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Solution Architect - Supply Chain will lead the design and implementation of supply chain solutions, engage with customers during product launches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of products into client operations. Key responsibilities Support concurrent product launches from strategic planning through to growth phases Engage with customers on Early Innovator projects, capturing feedback and ensuring it is communicated to product management and engineering teams Accountable for solution design, including refining process flows, creating user stories, and defining data flows for the program Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field 7-10 years of experience in the supply chain management software industry At least 5 years of experience in High-Tech supply chain or a related field Subject matter expert in supply chain concepts and solutions Technical leadership experience in data integration and system deployment for supply chain software implementations Experience: 7 years required
