Solution Architect/Lead JavaScript Developer

Collaborate with team members to identify project requirements and create technical specifications. Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in JavaScript development. Continuously improve and optimize existing codebase. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Mentor and train junior developers on JavaScript best practices and coding techniques. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and report progress. Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure their successful completion. Conduct research and propose innovative solutions to complex technical challenges. Keep up-to-date documentation of project architecture, design decisions, and development processes.
