Solution Consultant
For our client, we are seeking a Solution Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will partner closely with sales, client services, and cross-functional teams to help customers understand how the company’s solutions can address business needs and drive adoption. The position blends consultative selling, solution discovery, and technical storytelling to support new business and long-term customer success. You will develop industry and use-case expertise, create compelling proof points, and help shape account strategies that align with broader go-to-market objectives. Location: Remote Compensation: $127,000 – $205,000 annually
Responsibilities
Engage customers and partners through multiple communication channels to identify needs Collaborate with client services to support smooth onboarding and long-term success Develop knowledge of industries and use cases for the company’s solutions Create proof of concepts and business cases to demonstrate solution value Conduct process assessments and validate customer requirements Provide coaching and mentoring to peers as needed Work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals Assist sales in developing account plans aligned with company strategies Qualifications 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, internal audit, software development, technical sales, or a related field Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience Experience presenting to business or IT managers and executives Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Self-motivated with a focus on results and continuous improvement Consultant-level experience in Big Four or public accounting preferred Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions and cloud technologies preferred
