Engage personally in pivotal client relationships and the most valuable strategic pursuits. Deepen ties across major enterprise accounts to capture a larger share of wallet. Collaborate with sales leadership to generate a robust pipeline and turn it into closed business. Standardize the region’s go-to-market approach, including account planning, pipeline building, and cross-selling of the client’s capabilities and offerings. Harness the client’s worldwide delivery and solutions strength to put distinctive offerings in front of the market. Align closely with the Regional Head of Delivery, who heads the Delivery Manager group, so new business efforts and delivery execution move in lockstep. Safeguard delivery quality and client satisfaction at high levels, making sure operational excellence fuels lasting account growth. Launch co-selling and joint go-to-market programs alongside strategic alliance partners such as the major cloud hyperscalers. Cultivate partner channels into a meaningful engine of qualified pipeline and added revenue. Champion the client across the region’s business and technology community. Forge connections with customers, alliance partners, and community organizations to reinforce the client’s standing in the region. Elevate the client’s public profile by hosting and attending events, executive roundtables, and industry forums. Direct a VP-level market leader who owns a priority metro area or sector.
