Your responsibilities may include: - Assessing communication, speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities - Providing skilled speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing interventions - Educating patients and caregivers regarding communication strategies, swallowing safety, and appropriate compensatory techniques - Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed - Collaborating with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other members of the care team - Completing accurate and timely electronic documentation Home care offers a unique opportunity to get to know your patients and make a meaningful difference in their daily lives. Requirements
