Speech Language Pathologist

We are offering a flexible 16-hour schedule for our part-time Speech Language Pathologist position that provides services all throughout Essex County, NY. What you get to do: - Performs speech therapy evaluations using standardized evaluations and clinical judgement to make assessments on a child’s current levels of functioning and determine the need for speech therapy - Provides service notes, monthly billing, evaluation reports, annual reports, IFSP reports and ensures they are submitted in a timely manner - Utilizes evidence based practices to provide SLP services Requirements: - Master’s Degree in related field - NYS certification as Speech/Language Pathologist, Certification of Clinical Competence from American Speech & Hearing Association, and/or NYS certification as Teacher of Speech & Hearing Handicapped - Experience as an SLP working with children under 6 years old is preferred but not required - Develop your skills in an environment rich with training opportunities and career advancement Employees matter!
