Speed-to-Lead Inside Sales Representative A growing US hearing healthcare company is building a dedicated speed-to-lead team, and this representative is the first live conversation a new patient inquiry has after reaching out for help. About The Role When someone submits an inquiry online, you call them back within one minute, learn what they are experiencing with their hearing, explain how the care team can help, and book them with an audiologist. Many callers are older adults who have been living with a hearing problem for some time, so a calm, patient tone matters as much as speed. You will start on one service line and expand to support additional care locations. Success is measured by response time, conversations held, and booked appointments that are actually kept. Required Qualifications 2+ years of phone-based sales or inside sales experience Warm and steady on the phone, particularly with older adults Confident asking for the appointment and working through a prospect who wants more time to decide Organized and fast in a CRM, with accurate notes and lead statuses A quiet, dedicated place to work from home and a dependable internet connection Available full-time, Monday to Friday, on one of two shifts: 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern or 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Able to commit to this role as your only job

Responsibilities
Call new inquiries within one minute of an online form submission during your shift Hold genuine conversations about each caller's hearing concerns and book qualified callers with an audiologist Reattempt unreached inquiries with follow-up calls and text messages Log clean notes and update lead statuses in the CRM after every interaction Work from an integrated CRM and dialer setup Meet daily targets for response time, conversations, and kept appointments Working arrangement Fully remote and full-time, Monday to Friday. Choose one of two fixed shifts: 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern or 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific. Work is done in a CRM and dialer platform, with calls and texts as the main channels. This must be your sole job.
