About the position The Allen Agency is seeking individuals interested in a flexible remote opportunity helping families explore life insurance and mortgage protection options. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and support through the licensing process. Many of our agents didn't come from insurance. They came from athletics, coaching, leadership roles, and other competitive environments where performance mattered more than titles and effort mattered more than experience.
Responsibilities
- Talking with individuals interested in protecting their families
- Helping clients understand available coverage options
- Building relationships and earning trust
- Working remotely while managing your own schedule
- Learning the industry with support from experienced mentors
Requirements
- Insurance license required prior to selling policies
- No prior insurance experience required
