Sports Partnership Sales Intern

Unpaid NIL Internship Electro is a fast-growing sports nutrition brand and the maker of the first functional electrolyte chewing gum. We have built a community of college athlete ambassadors and professional partners across major leagues. This is an unpaid internship. The intern will work as a sales development representative for our athlete partnerships, prospecting college athletes, pitching NIL partnership opportunities, and moving them through our pipeline to a signed deal. School credit is available. If your university offers internship credit, we will sign the forms, complete supervisor evaluations, and verify your hours so this internship counts toward your degree. Fully remote with flexible hours, designed for college students earning internship credit.

Responsibilities

Respond to athlete messages daily with accuracy, speed, and professionalism. Support NIL agreements from initial outreach to signed partnership. Hit weekly outreach and partnership goals set with the founding team. Pitch NIL partnership opportunities to athletes through Instagram, email, and calls. Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication. Review inbound athlete applications and route qualified candidates to the team. Prepare weekly summaries of athlete partnerships and results. Professional Development A professional reference from the founding team for strong performers. Direct exposure to how NIL agreements are developed and finalized. Relevant experience for careers in sports business.

Qualifications

Current or former college athletes, or candidates with NIL experience, are encouraged to apply. Organized, dependable, and committed to strong work habits. Interest in sales, business development, or partnerships. High attention to detail and reliability. Strong written English and communication skills.
