Sr. C&I Remote Integration Engineer (Tier-2 Support)
Job Title: Sr. C&I Remote Integration Engineer (Tier-2 Support) Location: Remote (US) Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Remote Integration Engineer with recent Samsung (CDU30 / FSU20 / uADPF) commissioning and integration experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Verizon projects, with proven ability in advanced troubleshooting, Tier-2 level support, and guiding field operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead commissioning and integration of Samsung Macro and Small Cells (CDU30, FSU20, uADPF). Provide Tier-2 remote troubleshooting support for Field Engineers and Tower Crews on complex hardware/software issues. Analyze and resolve advanced problems related to: RX optic levels (high/low) and router connectivity. Proper port matrix mapping at FSU/CDU/Router. VSWR, RSSI, RETs (daisy chain, SBT). Mentor and guide Tier-1 integration engineers to ensure quality execution. Interpret CDs, RFDS, and BBU Port Matrix for proper integration and troubleshooting. Prepare detailed reports before, during, and after field activities, documenting issues and resolutions. Act as a key escalation point for GCs and Verizon customers. Work with Verizon tools such as IOP, Fuze, and CQ to support integration and troubleshooting workflows. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in wireless network integration and troubleshooting. Recent Samsung CDU30 / FSU20 / uADPF integration experience required. Strong experience with Verizon projects (macro/small cell deployments). Advanced troubleshooting expertise at Tier-2 level. Excellent knowledge of RF engineering concepts (VSWR, RSSI, RETs). Ability to mentor Tier-1 engineers and coordinate with GCs/Tower Crews. Familiarity with Verizon Tools (IOP, Fuze, CQ) is a strong plus. Experience: 5 years required
