Sr. Deployment Manager, AI & Product Office - Boston, MA or Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Deployment Manager, AI & Product Office to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead the planning and execution of technology and service deployments across local teams, with a strong emphasis on readiness, adoption, and post-launch improvement. The position partners closely with engineers, clinical and operational stakeholders, and leadership to ensure solutions are implemented securely, responsibly, and effectively in live care environments. It also owns change management, communication, and training efforts that help teams adopt new tools and processes successfully. Location: Remote Compensation: $112,700 – $193,200 annually

Responsibilities

Plan and execute deployments into local teams, ensuring readiness and support Collaborate with engineers to ensure product readiness for users Implement service design in live environments Develop change management and communication plans for deployments Engage with stakeholders to ensure secure and responsible deployments Manage post-launch improvement cycles and user feedback Design and conduct training for care teams and build local training networks Qualifications 7+ years of experience deploying technology or launching new services in healthcare settings Experience in a large, complex healthcare organization Proven track record of leading technology deployments and measuring adoption and outcomes Skilled in designing and delivering training for clinical or operational staff Hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets or SQL Excellent writing skills for documentation and communication Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
