Sr. Software Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will focus on designing and delivering high-quality software solutions that support operational goals in a complex manufacturing and automotive environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to define requirements, improve system performance, and strengthen software reliability. The position also offers the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality software solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements Implement testing strategies to ensure software reliability Mentor junior developers and share knowledge Optimize existing systems for improved performance Qualifications 5+ years of software development experience Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure Knowledge of Agile methodologies
