Test Automation Engineer – Senior Remote Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise test automation frameworks. The role will drive automation strategy, mentor QA engineers, integrate testing within CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high-quality software delivery for enterprise healthcare applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain enterprise-level automation frameworks. Define automation standards, strategies, and best practices. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Perform code reviews and mentor automation engineers. Develop reusable automation components and utilities. Troubleshoot complex automation issues and root causes. Support API, UI, backend, and batch testing automation. Ensure compliance with healthcare and security requirements. Drive automation adoption and continuous improvement initiatives. Mandatory Skills 7+ years of Software Testing experience 5+ years of Test Automation experience Automation Frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Tosca, or UFT Programming: Java and Python CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps Agile, SDLC & STLC SQL & Database Validation Enterprise Application Testing Test Automation Framework Design & Development Automation Strategy & Leadership Experience.
