Title: Staff Software Engineer – R&D & New Product Innovation Location: Remote Duration: CTH What You’ll Do Build, launch, and continuously improve customer-facing software products. Take ideas from concept and rapid prototyping through production deployment. Make pragmatic technical and architectural decisions while balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability. Partner with product leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to solve meaningful business problems. Help establish engineering practices and shape the technical direction of a growing R&D team. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of strong software engineering experience. A hands-on engineer with a proven track record of building and shipping products used by real customers. Experience in startups, early-stage ventures, or 0-to-1 product development environments. Strong engineering fundamentals, architectural judgment, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Experience with cloud-native platforms, large-scale systems, and enterprise software. Excellent communication skills, curiosity, ownership, and a bias toward execution.
