State Licensed Compliance Counsel

Driving compliance and ethics initiatives, the full-time remote State Licensed Compliance Counsel will manage the end-to-end compliance investigations process, conduct sensitive investigations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance operations. Key responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of Pinterest's compliance investigations program, ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams Advise on investigation outcomes, conduct root cause analyses, and recommend improvements to investigation procedures Prepare updates on investigations and trends for internal stakeholders, including senior management and the Board of Directors Required qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school Minimum of 7 years of experience in conducting complex and sensitive investigations Admission to the bar of at least one state, with the ability to provide legal services from the state of residence Experience in employment law and providing legal counsel on compliance issues Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience: 5 years required
