Oversee the development and implementation of new insurance products and services in accordance with market trends and consumer needs. Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product enhancements. Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing insurance products and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy. Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies. Create and manage budget for product development and maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with company goals. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on product performance, market trends, and strategies to senior management. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to product management to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and company policies. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and build relationships. Identify and implement innovative ideas and solutions to drive growth and profitability.
