This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy, offering a unique platform to influence the profitability and growth trajectory of a world‑class aviation services organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate, and validate financial data for the Services business across the Americas region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for reporting cycles.
- Design and maintain a robust quarterly and rolling forecast process that aligns with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and reflects market dynamics, contract renewals, and cost‑to‑serve considerations.
- Partner with business unit leaders to verify that all expenditures are consistent with the AOP, supporting strategic initiatives while safeguarding cost discipline.
- Produce in‑depth financial analysis for the North America Services segment, highlighting trends, variances, and opportunities for margin improvement.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), providing clear variance analysis, root‑cause investigations, and a compelling narrative that translates numbers into actionable business insight.

- Translate complex financial models into concise recommendations for senior management, influencing decisions on pricing, investment, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders—including Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and Legal—to gather inputs, resolve data gaps, and ensure alignment on financial assumptions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation, KPI development, and best‑in‑class reporting tools to enhance efficiency and insight depth.
- Support ad‑hoc projects, such as cost‑to‑serve analyses, profitability modeling, and strategic scenario planning, delivering structured, business‑oriented solutions.
- Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally to attend business meetings, conferences, and on‑site reviews, fostering strong relationships with global partners.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a finance role that required extensive cross‑functional stakeholder management.

- Hands‑on experience applying Project, Program, and Portfolio Management principles to finance‑focused initiatives.
- Proven track record of leading continuous‑improvement efforts, cost‑analysis projects, and performance‑management programs, including KPI design and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to synthesize large data sets, identify root causes, and present findings in a clear, business‑focused manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and delivering compelling presentations.
- Proficiency with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) and advanced Excel modeling.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time for business engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Finance) or professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA.
- Experience within the aviation services sector, specifically in maintenance, repair, overhaul (MRO), or digital services.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Financials.
