  • Merchandising & Assortment Strategy: Develop and execute merchandising plans that maximize shelf impact, optimize product mix, and drive sales across Amazon and Whole Foods platforms.
  • Pricing & Promotion Optimization: Leverage data to set competitive pricing, design effective trade promotions, and monitor spend efficiency to meet both company and customer targets.
  • Marketplace Execution: Oversee end‑to‑end marketplace operations, from inventory planning to content creation, ensuring flawless execution and compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Data‑Driven Insights: Analyze consumption data, market trends, and performance metrics using tools such as Circana, Nielsen, and Vendor Central to inform strategy and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to synchronize initiatives, resolve issues, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Trade Spend Management: Monitor and evaluate trade promotion investments, ensuring optimal ROI and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, propose enhancements, and champion best practices across the eCommerce ecosystem.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales, marketing, or related experience, with a focus on retail buying, branded food service, revenue management, trade marketing, or category management.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a customer base, demonstrating the ability to build trust and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of turning data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and leadership capabilities, capable of driving consensus across diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in standard business and analytical tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of how Sales integrates with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance functions.
  • Experience with consumption data tools such as Circana, Nielsen, and Vendor Central.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proactive, self‑starter mindset with a passion for business management and continuous improvement.
  • Strong functional, industry, and commercial knowledge, coupled with solid business acumen.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi‑channel relationships and executing large‑scale initiatives.
