Strategy Consultant

Working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration, the full-time Associate Consultant in AI Professional Services will partner with internal teams to develop and implement AI-driven process automation, while also contributing to the growth of the Professional Services practice for external clients.

Key Responsibilities

Map current workflows and identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy Build, test, and implement AI-powered tools and automations, documenting new processes and supporting user adoption Assist in developing delivery methods and materials for client-facing engagements as the Professional Services practice evolves Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in professional services, management consulting, or a similar client-facing role Proficiency with AI tools and automation platforms, demonstrating practical application in problem-solving Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate various tools effectively Experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics, energy, or enterprise SaaS is a plus Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to building processes and templates Experience: 3 years required
