Role Description The Strategy Director is a full-time remote role responsible for shaping and driving Eximbank Cần Thơ’s medium- and long-term strategic direction. Day-to-day duties include conducting market and competitive analysis, defining strategic priorities, and translating business objectives into actionable plans for different departments. The Strategy Director collaborates with senior leadership to evaluate new business opportunities, optimize existing products and services, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and corporate goals. This role also oversees key strategic projects, monitors performance against targets, and prepares clear reports and presentations to guide decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial, market, and operational data and generate evidence-based insights. Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Business Strategy to design, implement, and refine long-term and annual plans. Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting to advise internal stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives. Background in banking, financial services, or a related sector is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly with senior leaders. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing strategic decisions.
