About PaleBlueDot AI: We are a rapidly growing AI Infrastructure and Neocloud startup (~90 employees across North America and Asia, headquartered in Palo Alto), empowering next-generation AI workloads across compute, inference, and infrastructure technology. About the Role: We are hiring a Strategy & Partnerships Associate to serve as a key business hands-on operator. Working closely with our leadership team (including Jonathan), you will translate macro AI ecosystem trends into actionable product, compute, and partnership strategies, while driving co-development and joint GTM initiatives with leading tech giants and Silicon Valley startups. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Ecosystem Intelligence: Track developments across the AI stack and semiconductor value chain (compute, inference, post-training, model companies). Turn market shifts into competitive analysis, decision metrics, and executive memos. Strategic Execution: Rapidly evaluate strategic ideas (e.g., Token Router, inference options). Build actionable launch plans covering technology options, capacity, staffing, and investment needs; coordinate cross-functionally to drive execution. Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth: Expand relationships with companies like Google, OpenAI, and high-growth Silicon Valley startups. Move joint product integrations, tech partnerships, and GTM opportunities from outreach to launch. Executive Enablement: Support leadership in major partnership, investment, or M&A discussions through rigorous research, opportunity analysis, and meeting preparation. What We Are Looking For: Experience: ~2 years of experience in Venture Capital (preferably evaluating AI, semiconductor, or infrastructure investments) or top-tier Management Consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) looking to transition into a high-impact tech operating role. Location: Based in or willing to relocate to the SF Bay Area for local industry events, partner meetings, and team collaboration. Skills: Exceptional structured thinking, commercial judgment, deep technical curiosity, and top-tier English writing and presentation skills. Mindset: Highly self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment.
