Description SAIC is seeking an aggressive and highly adaptable individual to join its Procurement Team as a Subcontracts Analyst . The individual must be able to work in a high-paced, team environment and must be organized and detail-oriented. This position is 100% remote within the United States. Typical Job Responsibilities: - Develop, negotiate, and administer subcontract specifications, work statements, agreements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services in support of development, production, and global sustainment across multiple contract types of high dollar value, risk, creativity, and complexity. - Act as the lead subcontracts administrator on the proposal team. - Prepare bid packages, write small business subcontracting plan in accordance with RFP requirements, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals and pricing, negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages for review, prepare awards, and administer resulting subcontracts. - Negotiate and coordinate additions
