SuccessFactors Integration Specialist

Luna Data Solutions has an immediate contract position opening for a SuccessFactors Integration Specialist resource with our public sector industry client located in Jackson, MS. *This is primarily a remote role, with occasional onsite work requested (depending upon candidate location). Role: SuccessFactors Integration Specialist Role Description: The SuccessFactors Integration Specialist will assist the client in the production support of the SuccessFactors Employee Central system. The Specialist will be responsible for all integration activities between SuccessFactors (EC) and the ECC modules (HCM/FI), as well as non-SAP systems (Legacy Systems/Outside Vendors). Required Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience with all steps in the data migration process, inbound/outbound interfaces and integration. Experience leading data migration, interface and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project and production support. Has participated in data migration, interfaces, and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors EC implementations. Good functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and ECC HCM/FI. Experience using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center. Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems. Experience creating design, data mapping, and specification documents. Preferred Qualifications: Public sector experience. Excellent team player with good communication and organization skills. Able to discuss and direct data related tasks with non-technical team members. Able to document dependencies and coordinate data loads and extracts. Excellent teacher with a desire to mentor staff that will be responsible for ongoing support after implementation. ABAP programming experience.
