Superintendent - Industrial Construction
Atlanta, GA Looking for a Superintendent who knows how to run large-scale industrial projects and keep schedules moving from dirt to turnover. This is an opportunity to join a long-established contractor with a strong reputation throughout the Southeast. Projects include distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, commercial buildings, interiors, and specialty renovations , with a heavy focus on industrial construction. What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day field operations on industrial and commercial projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics Drive project schedules and maintain production goals Maintain safety and quality standards across the jobsite Partner with Project Managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery Manage projects from mobilization through closeout

Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor Strong industrial, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or tilt-wall construction background Ability to manage large subcontractor teams and fast-paced schedules Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with ground-up construction preferred Safety-focused mindset and attention to detail Why Consider It?
