Supervising Mental Health Clinician (New York) (LMHC or LCSW)

MindView Therapy is an outpatient group providing evidence-based care to adult clients. We give early-career clinicians the structure, supervision, and technology to grow into confident, licensed professionals. We are measurement-based and progress-driven. Position Overview: You will deliver telehealth psychotherapy to an adult caseload while practicing under a New York LMHC or LCSW license. We will also train you as a clinical supervisor, and you will supervise a small team of limited permit clinicians. Scheduling, intake, and insurance billing are handled by our operations team so you can focus on clinical work. Core Duties: Carry a caseload of 25 video sessions per week once your caseload ramps (ramp takes 2–3 months). Supervise 5 limited permit (LP) clinicians, 1 hour per week each. Total commitment of 30 direct hours per week (clinical sessions plus supervision). Complete diagnostic intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes within 24 hours. Deliver CBT, ACT, ERP, CPT, and other evidence-based interventions. Training and Supervision: 6-week dual-track training in foundations and documentation. Supervisor training to prepare you to lead and develop LP clinicians. Robust onboarding and ongoing training in evidence-based modalities and measurement-based care. Weekly individual supervision plus a small peer consultation group. Continuous skills training at no cost to you (supervision and training equivalent to $14,000 market value, provided free of charge). Minimum Requirements: New York License in Mental Health Counseling or Clinical Social Work. Private, secure work-from-home space with reliable high-speed internet. Ability to pass NY OMH background screening. Only accepting Licensed Mental Health Counselors or Clinical Social Workers who are able to obtain or already have their full license in the state of New York. Preferred Qualifications: Fluency in an additional language (Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, Bengali, ASL). Prior supervision or mentoring experience. Compensation: Initially $60 per session.
