Supply Chain and International Procurement Specialist - Full Remote

About the position Cube Care is seeking a Supply Chain and International Procurement Specialist to source materials, negotiate with vendors, manage purchase orders, and maintain accurate inventory levels. The role ensures materials are available in the right quantities and at the right time while minimizing costs and preventing shortages or excess inventory. Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to support timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor inventory levels to meet production schedules while avoiding overstocking.
• Conduct inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and implement inventory controls.
• Coordinate with production, operations, and other departments to forecast material needs.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation.
• Track and analyze inventory KPIs, including turnover, shrinkage, and lead times, and report to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement and inventory processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, procurement processes, and vendor relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or inventory management software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic purchasing decisions.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Computer with a minimum 5th-generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent and at least 4 GB of RAM.
• Windows 10 or Mac OSX operating system; Linux, Unix, and other operating systems do not meet the stated requirement.
• Primary and backup internet connections running on a 5.0 MBPS plan or higher.
• Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB.
• Webcam with at least 3 megapixels and 720p recording capability.

Nice-to-haves
