Supply Chain Test Engineer / Lead || Oracle Fusion
Job Title: SCM Hiring Mode: Contract -TP Location: Remote Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Test Engineer / Lead with strong expertise in enterprise supply chain applications, functional testing, integration testing, and performance/API testing. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on testing experience, including 5+ years working with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and/or related enterprise platforms. The role requires strong knowledge of supply chain business processes, SQL-based data validation, Product Data Hub (PDH), Bill of Materials (BOM), and end-to-end integration testing. The candidate will own testing activities from strategy and planning through execution, defect resolution, and QA sign-off. Key Responsibilities · Own and execute end-to-end testing across one or more supply chain domains, including: o Customer Service / Customer Experience using Salesforce Cloud o Manufacturing / MES o Product Lifecycle Management using Teamcenter, Agile, or SAP o Order Management including O2C, I2R, and RMA o Master Data Management / Product Data Hub · Partner with Capability Architects and business stakeholders to define test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. · Lead testing activities through execution, defect resolution, validation, and QA sign-off. · Perform end-to-end supply chain integration testing involving internal systems and third-party partners. · Validate complex business scenarios and data integrity using SQL and Excel/Sheets. · Test and validate Product Data Hub (PDH), Bill of Materials (BOMs), Items, and commercial product record structures. · Perform API and performance testing using tools such as ReadyAPI, Postman, SOAP UI, JMeter, or equivalent tools. · Design and execute load tests, establish performance baselines, identify bottlenecks, and recommend performance improvements. · Analyze non-functional requirements, including SLA objectives and performance parameters, and prepare detailed performance/load testing reports. · Validate XML files, interfaces, integrations, and dashboard architectures to ensure data integrity across systems. · Troubleshoot defects through systematic analysis of system logs, test execution artifacts, interfaces, and subsystem dependencies. · Execute test cases with accuracy and maintain comprehensive test execution and defect records. · Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for business validation within assigned supply chain workstreams. · Communicate testing progress, risks, defects, dependencies, and overall QA status to technical and business stakeholders. · Work proactively with minimal supervision and drive improvements in testing productivity, processes, and overall QA effectiveness. Required Qualifications · 8+ years of hands-on software testing / QA experience. · 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and/or related enterprise supply chain platforms. · 5+ years of strong SQL experience for data validation, troubleshooting, and testing complex datasets. · Strong experience with functional testing of enterprise Supply Chain Management applications. · Hands-on understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management (SCM). · Experience working with Product Data Hub (PDH). · Strong understanding of: o Bill of Materials (BOM) o Item management o Product master data o Commercial product records · Experience testing one or more of the following areas: o Salesforce Cloud / Customer Experience o MES / Manufacturing o PLM / Teamcenter / Agile / SAP o Order Management / O2C / I2R / RMA o Master Data Management / PDH · Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, processes, and testing lifecycle. · Experience with integration testing across enterprise and third-party applications. · Experience with performance and API testing tools, preferably: o ReadyAPI o Postman o SOAP UI o JMeter · Experience validating XML-based integrations. · Ability to analyze system logs and troubleshoot complex integration and application issues.
