Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the data platform, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to the data platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business. Monitor the performance and usage of the data platform, proactively identifying potential issues and taking necessary actions to prevent them. Document and communicate technical solutions and best practices for the data platform, ensuring knowledge sharing and consistency across the team. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data platform technologies, and make recommendations for their adoption to improve efficiency and scalability. Act as a liaison between the data platform team and other teams within Netflix, providing technical support and guidance as needed. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents in a timely and efficient manner. Contribute to the development and maintenance of monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the reliability of the data platform.
