Job Description: SyteLine Functional Consultant Location- Remote Skill: Infor SyteLine / Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Functional Job Type: Functional Consulting / Application Support Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SyteLine Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise in Infor SyteLine and CloudSuite Industrial (CSI). The candidate should possess excellent business process knowledge, application support experience, incident management skills, and the ability to analyze and resolve production issues while coordinating with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors. Must-Have Technical and Functional Skills Strong functional knowledge of Infor SyteLine application versions 8.03.11, 9.01.02, 9.01.11, and CSI 10.0.0.515. Excellent understanding of business processes and relevant functional domains. Understanding of system architecture and underlying technologies to design and support customized solutions. Strong documentation skills, including functional specifications and technical support documentation. Good understanding of application support processes, incident management, and problem resolution. Experience in production support, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
