Talent Acquisition Operations Manager

Leading the transformation of global talent acquisition infrastructure, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will oversee recruiting systems, drive operational excellence, and enhance the end-to-end hiring experience as the company scales for growth. Key responsibilities Redesign the end-to-end recruiting process, focusing on operational rigor, data, and candidate experience Own program strategy and execution for recruiting programs, including metrics and reporting for executive leadership Manage recruiting tools and systems, ensuring effective workflows and data integrity across the team Required qualifications 5+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition, with 3+ years in recruiting operations at a high-growth tech or SaaS company Experience with modern ATS, preferably Ashby, and a track record of building recruiting processes Strong analytical skills and experience in creating recruiting dashboards Proven project and change management skills, with the ability to align stakeholders Global experience preferred, with a strong aptitude for AI and automation Experience: 5 years required
