Tax Senior

This is a Fully Remote Job About Our Client: The organization is a CPA firm serving business owners and real estate investors since 2005. It addresses the challenge of beyond-compliance tax services by strategically using the tax code to help clients retain more income while providing clarity and long-term direction. About the Opportunity: The TAX SENIOR leads client communications and performs final reviews of tax returns to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a smooth client experience. This role contributes by providing expert oversight and clear tax guidance, fostering client confidence and supporting the firm’s commitment to precision and client service. Responsibilities: Perform final reviews of tax returns for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Identify and proactively resolve issues Ensure all filings comply with current U.S. tax regulations Serve as primary contact for clients Clearly explain tax positions and filings Respond professionally to client inquiries Collaborate with tax preparers to ensure quality and timeliness Provide feedback to maintain high standards Maintain accurate records of client interactions and decisions Ensure all work aligns with firm processes and standards Requirements: CPA, EA, or relevant certification preferred 4+ years of U.S. tax preparation and review experience Strong knowledge of U.S. tax laws and regulations Experience with tax software and accounting systems Excellent communication and client management skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive, client-focused mindset Pay Range and Compensation Package: $70,000–$110,000 based on experience (bonus eligible) Benefits & Perks: Health benefits 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
