Team Lead, Legal Conflicts Managed Services
For our client, we are seeking a Team Lead, Legal Conflicts Managed Services to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead a managed services team focused on legal conflicts operations, service quality, and client communication across engagements. The position will also help shape a growing service model and contribute to a multi-year modernization effort that improves delivery consistency and operational efficiency. In partnership with leadership, this person will help drive strategic decisions, support business growth, and strengthen team performance through effective coaching and planning. Location: Remote Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
Oversee service quality and client communication for each engagement Build trusted relationships and participate in sales and service reviews Identify opportunities for service improvement and expansion Set delivery standards and performance measures across teams Guide process improvement and platform use for conflicts workflows Develop automation for research and triage with oversight Lead and develop engagement managers and support team performance Qualifications 8+ years of conflicts experience in law firms or professional services Proficiency with Intapp Conflicts and leading workflows Experience in team management and operational process improvement Strong client-service skills across diverse firm cultures Commercial acumen in staffing, forecasting, and profitability Ability to modernize processes with technology Experience in conflicts operations at multiple firms preferred Benefits 100% remote work from anywhere in the US Opportunity to shape and grow a new service model Engagement in a multi-year modernization roadmap Collaboration with leadership on strategic business decisions Focus on team development and capacity planning Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
