ob Description: Teamcenter PLM Senior Integration Lead Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter PLM Senior Integration Lead to architect, design, develop, and lead enterprise integration solutions between Siemens Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and various enterprise applications, including ERP, MES, CRM, SCM, CAD, and manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Teamcenter architecture, PLM integration frameworks, enterprise application connectivity, and technical leadership. This role requires hands-on technical proficiency, architectural decision-making, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions as part of large-scale PLM transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Teamcenter Integration Architecture Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end Teamcenter integration solutions across enterprise systems. Define integration strategies, architectural patterns, interface specifications, and data exchange standards. Design scalable and reliable integrations between Teamcenter and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics. Establish integration governance standards, reusable frameworks, and technical best practices. 2. Technical Development and Integration Develop and maintain integrations using Teamcenter SOA, REST APIs, ITK, T4S, T4EA, and enterprise middleware technologies. Lead Teamcenter customization and integration development activities. Design and implement data mapping, transformation, validation, synchronization, and error-handling mechanisms. Integrate product structures, engineering BOMs (EBOMs), manufacturing BOMs (MBOMs), item masters, and engineering change processes across connected systems. Ensure seamless data exchange between PLM, ERP, MES, CAD, and other enterprise applications. 3. Technical Leadership and Team Management Provide technical leadership to Teamcenter developers, integration engineers, and cross-functional delivery teams. Review solution designs, technical specifications, source code, and integration implementations. Conduct architecture reviews, design walkthroughs, and technical problem-solving sessions. Mentor junior engineers and establish development standards, coding guidelines, and knowledge-sharing practices. Coordinate with project managers, enterprise architects, business analysts, and external implementation partners. 4. Business Collaboration and Solution Delivery Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Define integration requirements, interface contracts, data ownership, and system-of-record responsibilities. Drive alignment between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT teams. Support project planning, effort estimation, technical risk assessment, and delivery governance. 5. PLM Transformation and Lifecycle Management Support Teamcenter implementation, migration, upgrade, and digital transformation initiatives. Lead integration activities during PLM modernization and enterprise application transformation programs. Ensure consistency and traceability of product data across engineering and manufacturing systems. Support BOM synchronization, engineering change management (ECM), and product lifecycle data governance. 6. Performance, Quality, and Production Support Ensure integration solutions meet performance, scalability, security, availability, and reliability requirements. Troubleshoot complex integration issues and perform root cause analysis. Implement monitoring, logging, exception handling, retry mechanisms, and reconciliation processes. Coordinate integration testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and production support. Manage release coordination, environment readiness, deployment planning, and post-deployment validation. Required Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM architecture, data model, and customization. Expertise in Teamcenter integration technologies, including SOA, REST APIs, and ITK. Experience with Teamcenter integration frameworks such as T4S (Teamcenter Gateway for SAP) and T4EA (Teamcenter Gateway for Enterprise Applications). Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics. Understanding of enterprise integration patterns, middleware, APIs, message-based communication, and data transformation. Strong knowledge of product data management, BOM management, item and revision management, and engineering change management. Experience with CAD-to-PLM and PLM-to-manufacturing integrations. Knowledge of integration security, performance optimization, error handling, and system monitoring. Experience with source control, build management, deployment processes, and release management.
