Tech Lead Python and AWS

Job Title: Tech Lead – Python & AWS Location: USA Remote Experience: 6–12 years (6–10 years relevant) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to lead the design and development of scalable, secure cloud applications using Python and AWS. The candidate will guide engineering teams, ensure code quality, and promote AI-assisted development practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical design, code reviews, and development best practices. Build and maintain Python-based backend services, REST APIs, and AWS applications. Leverage AI coding tools for development, testing, debugging, and code optimization. Ensure application security, performance, CI/CD, and production reliability. Mentor developers, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Required Skills: Strong Python development and AWS cloud architecture experience. Experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor. Expertise in backend services, APIs, code reviews, and CI/CD. Strong technical leadership and communication skills. Good to have: Go (Golang).
