Coordinate with Addepar and internal Schwab technology and business teams. Identify integration dependencies, risks, and gaps, ensuring timely resolution. Track issues through resolution and communicate progress, blockers, and risks to relevant stakeholders. Work within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and prioritization.

Experience with source-to-target data validation and reconciliation. Understanding of API transactions, file transfers, integration workflows, and data mapping. Experience supporting integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate data discrepancies independently.
