About the Role
Buler Thermal Energy is seeking a Technical Writer to create, maintain, and improve technical documentation, including manuals and guides. This full-time remote role involves developing clear and accurate technical content, collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders, and ensuring documentation is accessible and useful to its intended audience. The ideal candidate has strong writing and editing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience in the thermal energy industry is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals and user guides. Write, edit, and update technical content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to gather technical information and clarify requirements. Translate technical information into clear, well-organized, and user-friendly documentation. Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and readability. Maintain and update existing technical materials as products, processes, or requirements change. Work independently and manage documentation tasks within established timelines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Engineering, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create and manage technical manuals and guides. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation responsibilities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the thermal energy industry. Familiarity with heat pumps, heating and ventilation systems, water heating, photovoltaics, or energy storage technologies.
