POTENTIAL OPPORTUNITIES - Telecommunications Technician - Unified Communications Specialist - VoIP Technician - Audio Visual Technician - VTC Technician - Collaboration Support Specialist COMMON RESPONSIBILITIES - Support and troubleshoot telecom, VoIP, unified communications, AV, VTC, and conferencing technologies - Maintain collaboration platforms, conference room solutions, and end-user services - Perform testing, documentation, incident resolution, and vendor coordination - Support meetings, special events, technology upgrades, and modernization efforts COMMON QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with telecom, unified communications, AV/VTC, or collaboration environments - Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco, Poly, Webex, or similar technologies - Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills - Ability to support onsite and remote users - Industry certifications are a plus Salary - Salary Range - $55,000 - $120,000 annually - Salary ranges provided are estimates only and may vary based on experience, location, contract requirements, education, certifications, and market conditions.
