Silver Lining Clinics by MOODRX Remote | Pennsylvania | Independent Contractor (1099) $90 per completed 60-minute psychotherapy session Help seniors navigate life with confidence and supportSilver Lining Clinics by MOODRX is seeking experienced Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and licensed psychologists with a PsyD to provide individual telehealth psychotherapy to seniors covered by Original Medicare Part B. Our patients face concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, retirement, caregiving, chronic illness, loneliness, loss, and other life transitions. We provide patient referrals, billing, technology, and administrative support so you can focus on delivering compassionate, personalized care. The opportunityThis opportunity is suited to an experienced clinician seeking a substantial, ongoing telehealth caseload with flexible scheduling and practice support. You must commit to maintaining availability for at least 20 patient sessions per week once your caseload is established. Building your caseload may take up to six months. Sessions and compensation increase as patients are scheduled; a particular patient volume or timeline is not guaranteed. Compensation and practice support $90 per completed 60-minute individual psychotherapy session, including associated clinical documentation. Independent contractor arrangement (1099). At 20 completed sessions per week, gross contractor compensation is $1,800 per week. Fully remote care for patients located in Pennsylvania. Flexible scheduling within mutually agreed patient availability. Patient referrals and marketing support. Billing, claims submission, and administrative support. Access to our telehealth and electronic clinical documentation platform. Assistance with Medicare Part B enrollment, credentialing, and reassignment, as applicable. Compensation is based on completed sessions. This position does not include employee benefits or guaranteed compensation for unscheduled time. Required qualifications An active, unrestricted Pennsylvania LPC license, or an active, unrestricted Pennsylvania psychologist license with a PsyD degree. At least 15 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy. Experience treating seniors, including addressing their emotional, psychological, and life-transition needs. Commitment to maintaining availability for at least 20 sessions per week as the caseload develops during normal business hours. Ability to practice independently within your professional license and scope of practice. Comfort delivering telehealth psychotherapy and completing electronic clinical documentation as required by Medicare/CMS. A private, professional setting, reliable internet connection, and equipment appropriate for confidential telehealth care. Active professional liability insurance with coverage of at least $1 million per claim and $3 million aggregate, with MOODRX LLC named as an additional insured. Proof of coverage and the applicable endorsement are required before providing services. Education and licensure requirements LPC candidates: A master’s or doctoral degree in counseling or a closely related field that meets Pennsylvania LPC licensure requirements, and an active, unrestricted Pennsylvania LPC license. Graduation from a CACREP-accredited counseling program is preferred. PsyD candidates: A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree in clinical or counseling psychology and an active, unrestricted Pennsylvania psychologist license. Graduation from an APA-accredited doctoral program is preferred. Both: At least 15 years of clinical psychotherapy experience and demonstrated experience treating seniors. Medicare enrollment and credentialingCurrent Medicare Part B enrollment is preferred but is not required. Silver Lining Clinics by MOODRX will assist selected clinicians with Medicare Part B enrollment, credentialing, and reassignment, as applicable. Clinicians must provide all requested supporting documents, complete required forms and signatures, and respond promptly to requests for additional information. Beginning patient care through MOODRX is contingent on completion of applicable enrollment and credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide individual psychotherapy to seniors through secure telehealth. Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Address concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment, caregiving stress, chronic illness, and changes associated with aging. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as clinically appropriate. Complete timely, accurate documentation supporting the care provided. Assess and respond appropriately to clinical risk and patient safety concerns. Maintain consistent availability and communicate scheduling changes promptly. Coordinate with our administrative team to support continuity of care. Follow applicable professional, Medicare, privacy, and telehealth requirements.
