PsychPlus is seeking a compassionate, organized, and clinically skilled Per Diem Telehealth Therapist to support our Minnesota-based behavioral & mental health team. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys facilitating group sessions, supporting new patient admissions, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead and cover scheduled telehealth therapy groups, creating a supportive and engaging environment for patients. Complete Clinical Documentation: Prepare accurate, timely progress notes and documentation for group sessions. Conduct New Patient Assessments: Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments (BPSs) for new admissions. Develop Treatment Plans: Create individualized, clinically appropriate treatment plans based on patient needs and assessment findings. Support Continuity of Care: Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure consistent, coordinated behavioral healthcare. Maintain Compliance: Follow Minnesota licensing requirements, clinical documentation standards, confidentiality policies, and applicable telehealth regulation

Qualifications

Active Minnesota Board-issued clinical license as a fully licensed therapist or eligible associate-level therapist. Relevant credentials may include LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, or eligible LADC/associate-level credentials, subject to Minnesota Board requirements and role eligibility. Experience or demonstrated competency in group therapy, clinical assessments, treatment planning, and documentation. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to provide effective, compassionate care in a virtual setting. Reliable internet access and a private, HIPAA-compliant telehealth environment. Why Consider This Opportunity?
