Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret telemetry data to identify trends and performance insights
- Support operational teams by delivering actionable visual reports
- Develop dashboards and KPIs using tools like Tableau
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Prepare, transform, and cleanse data for optimal visualization
- Manage datasets across relational and cloud-based databases
- Optimize dashboards for usability, interactivity, and decision-making value Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain or hold an active Secret Clearance
- Proficiency with Tableau (Desktop and Server) for advanced dashboard creation and publishing
- Solid SQL skills for writing and optimizing complex queries
- Familiarity with data prep tools like Tableau Prep or similar ETL platforms
- Experience working with cloud-based databases such as Redshift or Snowflake
