Temporary - Editorial Support and Production Assistant
IEEE is seeking a Temporary - Editorial Support and Production Assistant who will-assist the full-time Editorial Support and Production Assistants (ESPAs) with providing administrative and editorial support.
This individual will help prepare editorial materials for entry into production systems, provide trafficking and processing support to coordinate timely receipt of author-supplied files, and provide administrative support for other areas within Publishing Operations, as needed.
This is a full time, remote role, which is extended to last 6 months with potential for extension.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in word processing and database systems required.
- Candidate must be able to solve problems effectively so as to meet quality requirements and scheduled deadlines.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, along with the ability to work independently, are required.
- This position is supervised as needed by the Manager, Digital Assets & Editorial Support.
