Tester: Data Analytics & Technology (Full-time, Remote)

The organization focuses on preventing and detecting fraud, waste, and abuse in government programs using data analytics, technology solutions, audits, investigations, and medical review. About the Opportunity: The TESTER role supports testing and quality assurance for data analytics tools within a federal healthcare program. This position ensures that analytical outputs and tools function correctly by performing manual testing and validating data accuracy. The role contributes by identifying discrepancies and collaborating with technical teams to improve the quality and reliability of analytic solutions. Responsibilities: Develop and execute manual test cases for data analytics tools and technologies Validate analytical outputs, data accuracy, business rules, and functionality Identify, document, and track defects and testing outcomes Perform regression testing and work with technical teams to resolve issues Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field At least 4 years of experience in software testing, data validation, quality assurance, or related technical testing Experience developing and executing manual test cases Experience testing or validating one or more of the following: Python notebooks and analytical processes, SQL scripts and database outputs, BusinessObjects reports, AI-enabled applications Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare claims data Working knowledge of SQL or Python Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar enterprise data platforms Experience supporting federal healthcare programs Pay Range and Compensation Package: U.S. remote annual salary range: $45,000-$65,000 Benefits & Perks: Vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance Short- and long-term disability insurance Life insurance Employee assistance plan 401(k) retirement plan Educational benefits Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
