Full-Time Telehealth Therapist Real Therapy | Massachusetts | Remote Position: Full-Time Therapist Licensure: Independently licensed clinicians preferred; candidates working toward independent licensure are encouraged to apply. Commitment: Minimum two-year commitment Compensation: Competitive pay Work Arrangement: Fully remote telehealth About Real Therapy Real Therapy is a growing mental health practice committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality psychotherapy while supporting clinicians in building fulfilling, sustainable careers. We believe therapists do their best work when they have the right combination of clinical autonomy, professional support, and a manageable path to growth. Our goal is to create an environment where clinicians can focus on their clients, develop their clinical skills, and build a consistent caseload without the pressure of being fully booked from day one. We are looking for a motivated, compassionate therapist interested in joining our practice for the long term and growing alongside us. About the Position Real Therapy is seeking a full-time (20-25 clients) telehealth therapist to join our growing team. This position is well suited for a clinician who wants the flexibility of remote work, ongoing clinical support, and the opportunity to gradually develop a sustainable caseload. Rather than expecting you to begin with a full caseload immediately, we will work toward building your schedule over time. This approach allows you to establish yourself within the practice, develop relationships with clients, and grow your caseload at a manageable pace. We are particularly interested in clinicians who are looking for a long-term professional home and are willing to make a minimum two-year commitment to the practice.

Responsibilities

Provide individual psychotherapy to clients through secure telehealth sessions. Develop and maintain a consistent caseload over time. Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner. Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and ethical standards. Collaborate with the practice regarding client care, referrals, and clinical needs. Participate in clinical supervision and group supervision as applicable. Maintain professional licensure and comply with relevant state regulations. Contribute to a professional, supportive, and client-centered clinical environment.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation We offer competitive pay designed to support clinicians as they build their caseloads and establish themselves within the practice. Gradual Caseload Development We understand that building a caseload takes time. We will work with you to grow your schedule gradually rather than expecting you to start at full capacity. Free Clinical Supervision Individual supervision is provided at no cost to eligible clinicians working toward independent licensure. Included Group Supervision Group supervision is included as part of our clinical support structure, providing opportunities for consultation, professional development, and collaboration with other clinicians. Fully Remote Work Provide therapy from your own workspace without the need to commute to an office. Ongoing Clinical Support We value thoughtful clinical work and encourage clinicians to seek consultation, discuss challenging cases, and continue developing their therapeutic skills. Long-Term Growth We are interested in building lasting professional relationships with clinicians who want to grow their careers within an established and expanding practice.

Qualifications

Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related mental health field. LCSW/LICSW preferred. Clinicians who are already independently licensed are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates working toward independent licensure may also be considered if they meet applicable state requirements and are eligible for supervision. Experience providing psychotherapy is preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while remaining open to consultation and feedback. Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth. Commitment to ethical, client-centered clinical practice. Willingness to make a minimum two-year commitment to Real Therapy. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a therapist who is motivated, dependable, and interested in developing a long-term career within a growing practice. The ideal candidate values clinical autonomy but also recognizes the importance of supervision, collaboration, and continued professional growth. We welcome clinicians who are eager to develop their skills, build meaningful therapeutic relationships, and establish a consistent caseload over time. If you are looking for a practice that values both the quality of your clinical work and your development as a professional, we encourage you to apply.

If you are interested in joining Real Therapy, please submit your résumé and a brief introduction describing your clinical experience, licensure status, and professional goals. We look forward to connecting with clinicians who are excited to build a long-term future with our practice.
