Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Training Specialist to deliver live training, develop instructional materials, and enable employees to effectively use Workday business processes and customized solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong Workday expertise, excellent facilitation skills, and experience developing training documentation and instructional videos in a fast-paced environment. Must-Have Skills Strong hands-on experience with Workday modules and business processes. Experience delivering live training sessions, demonstrations and employee enablement. Expertise in developing training materials, user guides, process documentation and instructional content. Experience translating complex technical processes into easy-to-understand training. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Required Qualifications 7+ years of relevant professional experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience creating training videos; video editing experience is a big plus. Ability to work with Engineering, Product and Solution Design teams. Experience managing training updates in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment. G- Workspace experience.
